Deputies in New York City had to shut down a Halloween party with over 400 attendees at a warehouse in Brooklyn early Saturday morning.

According to CBS News, investigators responded to a call around 1 a.m. about a large gathering of more than 150 people wearing costumes. Upon entry, they discovered partygoers drinking and dancing without practicing social distancing measures. They also said over 400 people were in violation of emergency orders which included security guards, employees, and entertainers.

The owners and workers of the warehouse also face multiple charges which include breaking executive orders signed by Mayor Bill de Blasio and Governor Andrew Cuomo for indoor gatherings during the coronavirus pandemic. Gothamist reports the eight people were identified as Margarita Serrano, Nabil Mohamad, Christian Puentes Bohorquez, Kareem Salameh, Corey Negrin, Adam Alba, Marcia Sue Bedoya, and Aaron Brinkley and each will be fined between $1,000 to $15,000 for throwing the huge bash.
