Amid the praise and excitement over Cardi B and Megan Thee Stallion’s latest single “WAP”, conservatives are pushing to ban the rappers due to the song’s content.

In a report by Oliver Willis, conservatives have called for a nationwide ban for Cardi B and Megan Thee Stallion over the sexually explicit lyrics in “WAP.” House candidate Erroll Webber called the song “one big advertisement for promiscuity” and “encourages wild & unsafe sex.” while DeAnna Lorraine claimed Democrats support trash and depravity due to the song’s content and Bernie Sanders’ support of Cardi B.

Another member, James P. Bradley claimed he heard the song “accidentally” during his Twitter rant. He tweets, “Cardi B & Megan Thee Stallion are what happens when children are raised without God and without a strong father figure. Their new “song” The #WAP (which i heard accidentally) made me want to pour holy water in my ears and I feel sorry for future girls if this is their role model!”

Currently, “WAP” has debuted at #1 on the US Spotify chart with the biggest single-day streams in history for any female rapper as reported by Twitter account @BardiUpdatess. The song also debuted at #1 on the Global Apple Music chart.
