As we previously reported, MMA fighter Conor McGregor has been accused of rape once again. A woman claimed she was sexually assaulted by the athlete inside a bathroom at the Kaseya Center in Miami.
The alleged incident happened around midnight on June 10 just after the Nuggets had beaten the Heat in Game 4 of the NBA Finals on June 9. In a new video obtained by @tmz_tv shows McGregor leaving a restroom area to speak with a woman in a white shirt. After exchanging words briefly with her, Conor grabs the woman by her hand and makes a path for her to go inside the bathroom with him. She and her friend follow behind and the restroom door shuts, without anyone else appearing to go inside.
Now, the accuser’s lawyer, Ariel Mitchell, sent a demand letter earlier this week claiming NBA and Miami Heat security “physically forced” the accuser into the restroom… where McGregor allegedly raped her. However, that video does not appear to show anyone forcing her into the bathroom but instead, Conor leading her by the hand while security blocks everyone else from coming in. Conor McGregor’s attorney, Barbara R. Llanes, Gelber Schachter & Greenberg, P.A., has just released a statement to the news outlet saying: “After the video was released by TMZ, the claimant’s lawyer now has changed her story. Mr. McGregor welcomes the investigation, which he firmly believes will show the claims against him are false.”
Barbara continued, “After not responding to the demand for money made by claimant’s counsel, she turned to the media to apply pressure. This is no more than a shakedown.”

When the news first broke out, reps for McGregor, immediately denied the heavy allegations. “Mr. McGregor will not be intimidated,” they added.
The Heat also released a statement Thursday afternoon saying the organization is fully aware of the allegations and is conducting a full investigation. “We are aware of the allegations and are working with the team to gather more information, The NBA added in a statement of its own. “UFC will allow the legal process to play out before making any additional statements.”
More On Conor McGregor’s Legal Products Problems
In 2018, MacGregor was also accused of raping a woman in Ireland. However, police and prosecutors declined to pursue criminal charges, as a spokesman explained that allegations were “categorically rejected,” The New York Times reported. Despite that, McGregor was sued in 2021 by that alleged victim. But the records do not show any judgment or disposition in the case.
Aside from that, Gregor had other legal issues in the past. He was arrested on a robbery charge in Florida back in 2019 after he allegedly broke a fan’s cell phone by stomping on it outside a hotel and then took the device.
Fortunately for McGregor, that case was later dropped by prosecutors after the alleged victim did not wish to cooperate, NBC Miami reported at that time.
