Chris Brown is seeking joint custody of his 4-year-old daughter Lovely Symphoni Brown after his ex Diamond Brown filed for sole custody.
As we previously shared, Diamond took Chris to court days before he welcomed his fourth child with current girlfriend, Jada Wallace. According to TMZ, Diamond filed her suit on April 3. In the filing, she sought legal and physical custody of her and Chris’ 4-year-old daughter.
Diamond gave birth to Lovely on January 7, 2022. The mother-of-one alleged Chris acknowledged paternity in a voluntary declaration, which she included in paperwork. In her filing, Diamond also offered to give the “Sensational” singer visitation rights. She continued to explain that Lovely has been living with her since birth at her home in Los Angeles.
In addition to seeking custody, Diamond is also looking for Chris to cover her legal fees during their legal proceedings. Chris ended up reacting to Diamond’s legal filing with shady posts online.
Chris Brown Fires Back In Court After Diamond Brown Files For Sole Custody Of 4-Year-Old Daughter Lovely Brown
Since then, TMZ, has now reported that after Diamond’s filing for sole custody with visitation, Chris is fighting back. The publication reported that Chris is not agreeing to Diamond asking a Los Angeles court to award her legal and physical custody of their child.
In new court docs, Chris is demanding joint legal and physical custody. He also claimed that he and Diamond should both cover the costs of this legal matter. In Diamond’s filing she asked the court to order Chris to cover all legal expenses.
Diamond has since reacted on her Instagram Story. She reposted a quote that read, “I see why Father’s Day is in Pride month 😂 bunch of b*tches.” She also reposted another quote. It read, “I’m no one’s ‘baby mama’ and never will be. I’m a full-time, hard-working, and loving mother. I’m my child’s mother, and I’m a damn good one. Now check THAT! 🫶👏🏽.”
In addition to Chris Brown’s 4-year-old daughter Lovely Symphoni Brown with Diamond Brown, he is also the father to 12-year-old Royalty Brown, whom he shares with former model Nia Guzman. He also welcomed son Aeko Catori Brown with his ex-girlfriend, Ammika Harris, in November 2019.
