Ben Carson Tests Positive For Coronavirus

According to NBC News, Housing and Urban Development Secretary Ben Carson has tested positive for the coronavirus.

It was said that Carson was tested at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center in Maryland after he began to experience symptoms of COVID-19, though he is no longer at the hospital. Coalter Baker, Carson’s chief of staff, said in a statement to ABC News: “Secretary Carson has tested positive for the coronavirus. He is in good spirits and feels fortunate to have access to effective therapeutics which aid and markedly speed his recovery.”

Carson, 69 was at the White House last week for an election night party that was also attended by White House Chief of Staff Mark Meadows. The 61-year-old also tested positive for COVID-19 last week.

Carson was also spotted maskless at a Trump campaign rally in Waterford Township, Michigan on October 30. He’s now the the latest high-ranking Trump administration official to contract the virus.

Larsa Pippen Reveals She Was Dating Tristan Thompson BEFORE Khloé Kardashian

There’s been a lot of speculation about Larsa Pippen and the Kardashians’ friendship for the past couple of months. While it hasn’t been made clear where they all stand with one another, Pippen is now opening up their relationship and also shutting down a few big rumors.

Following the big scandal involving Khloé Kardashian’s boyfriend Tristan Thompson and longtime family friend Jordyn Woods, rumors began circulating that Larsa had also hooked up with the NBA player. Many fans believed that was the reason the Kardashians had unfollowed her. While speaking with Dax Holt and Adam Glyn on the “Hollywood Raw podcast,” Pippen denied ever doing that to Khloé, saying “that’s not my personality.” She explained: “Its hurtful people think that I hooked up and trying to ruin Khloe’s life. Dude, I would never do that. That’s not even my personality. My personality is all about love and support and I’ve been there with them through everything.” However, she did reveal that she was seeing Tristan, 29, BEFORE, “any of them knew he existed.”

“It’s funny how people think it. I’m the most honest person in the world. Trust me, I would never lie about something like that,” Larsa, 46, said before admitting, “I was kinda seeing Tristan before Khloe; before Khloe or any of them knew he existed. I was seeing him, I had him come to LA. I brought him to a party Kim had. I introduced him to all of them. Then a week later, or 10 days later he started seeing Khloe. Which is fine, I don’t even care. It’s whatever. I’m the type of person that doesn’t chase what’s not for me. I will never chase a man; I will never put a leash on a man. I don’t do that. I feel like, let you be great. If you want to be with other people, go ahead. I’m great by myself,” JustJared quotes.

When asked why she was unfollowed by Kim Kardashian who was her best friend as well as the other Kardashians, Larsa responded:

“[Kanye] has literally brainwashed the whole family into thinking I don’t even know what. I don’t even know. He talks so much about me being this and that and this and that. I feel like I ran into Travis Scott one night at a club and Travis called Kylie and said that I was hitting on him. That never happened. So, then they were like Kanye says she’s this and then she was hitting on Travis. By the way that never happened. I left with the same people I came with. That never freaking happened. Was he delusional? I know he raps about being the highest in the fucking room. So clearly maybe he was the highest in the fucking room. He imagined all this shit because it never happened. I would never do that, I would never in a billion years do that.”

Despite all of that, Larsa said she’s happy that Khloé and Tristan are trying to work things out, especially for the sake of their baby girl, True Thompson: “I think it’s great that they’re trying to work on their relationship. I’m really proud of them and I applaud them.”

Pfizer Says Covid Vaccine Is More Than 90% Effective—’ Great Day For Science And Humanity’

This Monday, Pfizer and BioNTech announced their coronavirus vaccine was more than 90% effective in preventing Covid-19, hailing the development as “a great day for science and humanity.”

Following their Phase 3 study of the vaccine where 94 of the trial’s 43,538 participants contracted COVID-19, an analysis showed the vaccine was more than 90 percent effective seven days after patients received the second of two doses, meaning they become protected from the virus 28 days after starting the vaccination course, according to the New York Post citing companies.

They have so far found no serious safety concerns and added that it hopes to have the amount of safety data required for a Food and Drug Administration (FDA) Emergency Use Authorization by the third week of November for people aged 16 to 85.

“Today is a great day for science and humanity,” Albert Bourla, Pfizer’s chairman and chief executive said in a statement. “We are reaching this critical milestone in our vaccine development program at a time when the world needs it most with infection rates setting new records, hospitals nearing over-capacity, and economies struggling to reopen.”

Nicole Young Demands To Know If Dr. Dre Had Kids Outside Of Marriage

The divorce battle between Dr. Dre and his estranged wife Nicole Young continues. According to TMZ, Young just filed legal docs asking Dre to hand over any paperwork relating to any paternity actions he may have been involved in during their 24-year marriage.

While it’s not clear if there are actually any paternity suits involving Dre, Young is requesting he hand over any paperwork if there’s anything on this front, TMZ reports. It’s is also not exactly clear why Nicole is asking about possible secret children. However, it comes after she tried to highlight his alleged infidelity in a recent court filing. She’s attempted to subpoena three of his alleged mistresses: singer Jillian Speer, model turned skincare entrepreneur Kili Anderson and Crystal Rogers, the ‘Queen of Latin hip-hop,” to spill on her soon-to-be-ex-husband.

But, all three are fighting Nicole’s legal efforts to subpoena them as witnesses in the legal war with Dre. The ladies have all hired lawyer Kris LeFan to fight for them. He recently filed a motion to quash the subpoenas, saying none of the women has “information relevant to the enforceability” of the pre-marital agreement.
