Another Black Ink Crew member has found himself in police custody. Richard Duncan who goes by the nickname “O’S***” was reportedly arrested for drugs following a traffic stop.

According to TMZ, the former reality TV star was arrested for DUI back in July after cops in Georgia say they stopped him for speeding. Per the police report obtained by the news site, cops say they found a bag of cocaine in the center cupholder as they were searching his car.

As a result of what they found, Richard was hit with charges including speeding, DUI, driving with an open container of alcohol, and possession of a controlled substance, TMZ notes. It was said that he has since pled not guilty. Now, Richard has been open and honest about his alcohol addiction and substance abuse problems on the show. But following this latest incident, he’s now trying to get himself back on the right track again. Richard, who owns Drip Tattoo Collective in Atlanta, recently posted a message to his fans saying:

“I need to be honest and transparent with my IG family. I’ve been having a hard time.

I was diagnosed as bipolar about 2 years ago and it’s been a hard-ass journey navigating the ups and downs of this disease, my sobriety journey, being a new business owner- and just LIFE.

“Like most people who suffer from bipolar disorder, there are times u go through manic episodes, depressed episodes and sadly become inconsistent with my meds and self/care. When I’m in a bad place, I don’t always make the best choices and consequently Ive hurt and let down a lot of people I love in the process. That shit eats me up and I hate it.

Last month I did something really stupid during a manic episode and consequently, got a DUI. I do not condone drinking and driving, drug use or acting out- mental illness or not. I did something that was so dumb, pointless and honestly embarrassing,” he said before adding, “I can’t promise perfection but the first step is accountability and honesty and I’m working on both. I openly accept the consequences of my actions and I am actively working with my doctors, therapists and group to get back on track. I’m sorry to everyone i let down. I am looking forward to active recovery, sobriety, and a fresh start.”

Richard’s arrest came around the same time his co-star Ceaser Emanuel turned himself in for charges of animal cruelty after a viral video had allegedly shown him beating a dog. Although Ceaser has maintained that he’s innocent, VH1 has since fired him from the show.
