Looks like Bill Cosby is facing another lawsuit from an accuser who claims the comedian drugged and raped her over 50 years ago. According to TMZ, in court documents obtained by the news outlet Cosby’s accuser, Donna Motsinger is claiming Cosby took advantage of her back in 1972.

Motsinger claims it happened when she was working as a server at Trident restaurant in Sausalito, California. She says while she was working there Cosby would come there often just to see her and one day he allegedly invited her to be his plus one at the Circle Star Theater in San Carlos. She continues to claim that Cosby picked her up in a limo and when she got in he gave her some wine and then once they got to his dressing room that’s when she began to feel sick, according to the court documents. After feeling ill, she alleges Cosby gave her what she thought was aspirin but after taking the pill she began to fall in and out of consciousness. The only thing she remembered from that night is his team putting her back in the limo and from the point on she only saw flashing lights.

In the lawsuit, Motsinger alleges she woke up in her house with nothing but her panties on and says that when she “knew she had been drugged and raped by Bill Cosby.” Since the alleged abuse, Motsinger says she has suffered mental, physical and emotional distress and now she wants some money from Cosby. The comedian’s lawyer responded to this lawsuit and told TMZ, “no comment at this present time because this is utterly ridiculous and pointless.”

As we previously reported, Cosby is also facing another lawsuit from singer Morganne Picard who claims he also drugged and raped her. In her lawsuit, Picard claims Cosby used his “power, fame, and prestige” to sexually abuse her. The lawsuit also listed Kaufman Astoria Studios, the Carsey-Werner Company, and NBC Universal Media in the lawsuit. Picard alleges that she met Cosby in 1987 when he invited her on the set of ‘The Cosby Show.’ After getting to know each other Picard says she became close with him and his wife and claims she looked at Cosby as a “father figure.” But further into the lawsuit the singer alleges Cosby would often offer her to drink alcohol, claiming that the drinks made her black out on “multiple occasions.”

She went on to explain that on one certain day when she was at Cosby’s house, she had one of his drinks and allegedly woke up in a “hotel room, naked, with soreness.” Picard’s lawyer, spoke with Fox Digital and released a statement saying: “Today was the first step towards obtaining some measure of justice for Ms. Picard, “We want to thank New York State for passing the Adult Survivors Act, which allows Ms. Picard and other people who were sexually abused as adults to bring a civil lawsuit until November 23, 2023, regardless of when the abuse occurred. We look forward to holding Mr. Cosby and his enablers responsible for their actions.”
