Audio Leakes Of Florida Teacher Using Profanity Towards High School Students

A Florida high school teacher is receiving major backlash after audio recordings of her using profanity in the classroom have went viral.

Kelly Oddone, a physical education teacher at Coral Glades High School, did not show up to school on Tuesday, a day after the audio recordings were circulated.

In the recordings, Oddone is caught telling students, “I do not [expletive] care. I have never insulted neither of you. Not a single time have I insulted you, not once in that conversation. What I was trying to make you see is that you have to [expletive] grow up.”

According to 7News, Oddone was recorded also warning students, “you can try anything you want … Just because I say the ‘f’ word, I’m gonna get in trouble? It didn’t happen. You know why I’m upset? Because I thought that I was talking to almost adults and not children from the elementary school.”

Officials with Broward County Public Schools announced they have positioned Oddone “on notice” as they investigate the recordings that were released.

Parents say the move couldn’t have happened soon enough, as one student alleges Oddone is not friendly, telling 7News “she always came off as an aggressive person, like, she didn’t let people do things that they wanted to do or that they needed to do, and I faced that. She gave me a referral for using the restroom once, and I needed to go.”
