Caitlin Clark was apparently fed up with Antonio Brown’s social media antics and took the time to block him for the comment he recently made about her.
On Wednesday, Antonio Brown hopped on X and made a post that quickly went viral. “Caitlin Clark looks like she keeps it hairy,” he said. After sharing the tweet it gained a lot of attention and racked up 6.9 million views. Once his post caught Clark’s attention she went ahead and blocked the former Tampa Bay Buccaneers wide receiver.

Of course, that didn’t stop AB from taking another jab at the WNBA rookie. He took to his X account on Thursday and shared a screenshot of him being blocked and referred to her as “cracker of the day.” Now this isn’t the first time a high-profile athlete took the time to block Antonio Brown, if you remember he made several jokes about Tom Brady and his ex-wife which caused the NFL legend to block him as well.
Since being drafted on Monday night, Clark has been in the news a lot lately. On Tuesday after draft night, a big debate hit the internet when basketball fans went back and forth about her salary not being high enough. Which also caused President Joe Biden to speak out.
“Women in sports continue to push new boundaries and inspire us all,” Biden wrote on X. “But right now we’re seeing that even if you’re the best, women are not paid their fair share.
“It’s time that we give our daughters the same opportunities as our sons and ensure women are paid what they deserve.” Biden’s statement came shortly after the Indiana Fever chose Clark as the top pick in the draft. Cameron Brink was selected as No. 2 by the LA Sparks, followed by Kamilla Cardoso at No. 3 by the Chicago Sky.
