Andrew Tate And His Brother Tristan Will Remain In Jail For The Next 30 Days

Andrew Tate and his brother Tristan will remain in jail for the next 30 days after losing their appeal at a court in Romania.

As previously reported, the Tate brothers were arrested in December as part of a human sex trafficking probe and were accused of ‘recruiting’ the victims by manipulating them into believing they were in a relationship. According to Metro UK, the victims were allegedly forced to participate in pornographic content after being threatened by violence. However, the brothers’ lawyer said in a statement that the allegations are untrue and his clients have rejected the claims.

On Tuesday, the Bucharest Court of Appeal rejected all four appeals against a Dec. 30 decision to grant prosecutors’ request to extend the brothers’ arrest period. Court documents state the decision was made to prevent Andrew and Tristan Tate from fleeing the country and moving to other countries that prohibit extradition.

In a report by NPR, investigators also seized 15 luxury cars, seven were owned by the brothers along with more than 10 properties owned by companies registered under their name.

After the rejection of the appeal, Andrew Tate posted a quote by Abu Hurayrah, one of the companions of the prophet Muhammed. The influencer and socialite converted to Islam last year.

His supporters also offered words of comfort and said the Tates are in invent in the case.

Andrew Tate has faced controversy throughout the years after he was kicked off of the popular UK series ‘Big Brother’ in 2016. Recently, he targeted climate change activist Greta Thunberg on Twitter and released a response video when she told him he had “small d*ck energy.”
