Kroy “KJ” Biermann Jr., the 15-year-old son of Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann, has been granted bond. According to court documents obtained by Us, a judge set his bail at $200,000 on Friday, September 11.
KJ was arrested in Alpharetta, Georgia, last month following an alleged incident with a minor at a public gym earlier this year. He faces charges including aggravated sexual assault and aggravated sodomy and has consistently maintained his innocence. Prior to Friday’s hearing, he had been held at Atlanta’s Regional Youth Detention Center.
Under the terms of his release, KJ must adhere to strict conditions, including wearing an electronic ankle monitor and remaining under 24-hour house arrest. The court order specifies that he must stay at Zolciak’s residence, and the judge has issued a strict prohibition against any children aged 16 or younger—including his own siblings—visiting or staying at the home.
In addition to KJ, Zolciak, 48, and her estranged husband Kroy, 41, share three other children: Kash, 14, and twins Kaia and Kane, 12. Kroy also adopted Zolciak’s older daughters, Brielle, 29, and Ariana, 24.
