Tamera Mowry-Housley credits her list of sex goals for keeping her marriage to husband Adam Housley healthy and intact. The pair, who married back in 2011, share two children together, Aden, and Ariah, and while marriages in Hollywood these days are rare to survive the test of time, Tamera appears to have worked out what has kept her relationship with Adam sturdy.
While promoting her recently-released memoir, “You Should Sit Down for This,” on “The Jennifer Hudson Show” this week, the actress lifts the lid on why she found it important to talk about her sex goals in her book. “He hasn’t read that part yet,” Tamera joked after being quizzed by J-Hud. “He said it’s because it’s embarrassing, but, I mean, he knows some of the sex goals.”

“But the reason I wanted to talk about it is because I’ve been married for over a decade, and for me, staying happily married is having sex goals. And I don’t think there’s anything wrong with women being vocal about it,” the 44-year-old continued.
Elsewhere, back in October, Tamera candidly discussed how signing up for a seven-year run on the now-defunct talk show, “The Real,” left her feeling terrified to discuss personal issues on a public platform, knowing that people were bound to criticize her for opinions that may not be aligned with her own views on things.
The mother of two stressed that talking about topics such as suicide and relationships was particularly “daunting” for her, given that she would usually find herself making headlines for her statements, which at certain points invited the unwanted attention of negative remarks being made about her.
During her time on “The Real,” her husband, a former Fox News correspondent, was accused of being racist, and one can only imagine how reading those comments online affected the pair’s relationship. “My marriage is not perfect,” Tamera told E! News.

“But I am happily married. And I would never want to be married to a racist. My family, number two, would never accept a racist in our family. And, three, I’m actually at a good point in my life. I am very, very happy. I am so grateful for the life that I have.”
She admitted that even though the comments about her marriage were hard to see, it ultimately strengthened the relationship she shares with Adam, adding that the pair both know “who we are as people.”
