Waiter Says Indiana Woman Had 2 Jumbo Margaritas Before Allegedly Doing Donuts On Courthouse Lawn

In the clip shared, the car is seen striking a sign, but narrowly avoiding other large objects in its path. Items included a large tree, light posts, a brick bench, and more.

According to court documents, Wilkerson had a blood alcohol content of .09. Police said she and a female passenger allegedly each drank a jumbo margarita at a nearby Mexican restaurant. According to police, a waiter at the restaurant told them that Wilkerson finished her margarita. However, her friend couldn’t finish her own. So, Wilkerson allegedly finished the second jumbo margarita for her friend.

When first responders arrived to the courthouse, Wilkerson told police she “was fine.” However, they claimed she later tried to put the car in drive while it was turned off. She also allegedly told police that she hadn’t eaten all day and the ”margaritas seemed to be extra strong.” When police asked her why she was doing donuts on the courthouse lawn, she allegedly tried to start the vehicle. Court documents also claim she had trouble telling medics what day or year it was.
