A woman named Kei denies being 21 Savage’s “wife,” and instead his “second baby mama,” after she linked up with Latto and 21’s first children’s mother Keyanna Joseph — whom Kei suggests is 21’s “wife.”
On Saturday (May 23), the parties involved set the internet on fire after Keyanna shared a distorted photo of her posing with her and 21’s two sons, plus Latto, born Alyssa Michelle Stephens. Keyanna and 21, born Shéyaa Bin Abraham-Joseph, share sons Kamari and Ashaad.
As the photo went viral, Kei shared video of her and Latto, plus photos of them two with Keyanna. Kei says she’s the mother of two girls with 21, Rhian and Dion. The linkup between Latto, Kei, and Keyanna arrives days after the “Big Energy” rapper confirmed she gave birth to her first child with 21 Savage. Latto shared the news on her Instagram on May 18.

Latto Links Up With 21 Savage’s First Two Baby Mamas Keyanna Joseph And Kei After Welcoming Her First And His Fifth Child
The linkup between all three of 21 Savage’s baby mamas also arrives as speculation continues to surface about 21 welcoming a child with Latto while allegedly being married to Keyanna Joseph.
In Kei’s comments on both Instagram and TikTok, 21’s second baby mama addressed the speculation and rumors. She quickly denied being “the wife,” stating, “Just the 2nd BM damn.” She added, “Long story short, I’m not the wife. I’m the girls’ mother!”
When users asked in her comments if she was the wife, one person said it was the woman “in the blue,” which is Keyanna. Kei liked the comment, seemingly suggesting Keyanna is in fact married to 21 Savage. Regardless of speculation, the photos and video surfacing puts to bed the rumors that none of the women knew about each other. They clearly have an understanding and the public should just leave hem be.
