Whew! Looks like Aubrey O’Day is getting ready to tell it all. The former Danity Kane member is gearing up to detail her experience with Diddy and Bad Boy Records.

In the upcoming TMZ documentary “The Downfall of Diddy” on Tubi, ‘Day reveals that Diddy’s gesture of offering the return of the publishing rights to his former artists allegedly came with a hidden agenda.

According to O’Day, Diddy’s offer to return publishing rights was not as generous as it seemed. She claimed that Diddy wanted the artists to sign non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) as part of the deal, which would prevent them from speaking out about their time at Bad Boy Records in the 2000s. Despite this, O’Day, declined to sign the NDA and pass on the offer, citing the value of her freedom to speak out, which of course she finds incredibly valuable now.

Speaking of value, O’Day disclosed that the financial compensation that was allegedly offered for her silence…just $300 and some change.

The doc also unpacks the fallout after the raids on Diddy’s homes, and the federal investigation that came right after it.

More On Diddy’s Legal Issues:

The business mogul is currently going through complicated legal woes.

It all started when his ex-girlfriend Cassie sued him for sexual assault, battery, and sex trafficking. However, the Nov. 16 lawsuit was handled just a day after, with the two settling.

While it seemed like Diddy was in the clear of his legal woes, it was only just the beginning. Several lawsuits followed shortly after with multiple people accusing him of sexual assault.

Despite this, Diddy has always maintained that he is innocent. In response to some of the lawsuits, an attorney for Combs told NBC News, “The claims involving alleged misconduct against Mr. Combs from over 30 years ago and filed at the last minute are all completely denied and rejected by him. He recognizes this as a money grab. Because of Mr. Combs’ fame and success, he is an easy target for accusers who will falsify the truth, without conscience or consequence, for financial benefit. The New York Legislature surely did not intend or expect the Adult Survivors Act to be exploited for improper purposes. The public should be skeptical and not rush to accept these unsubstantiated allegations.”
