A Florida woman threw a bucket of feces on her landlord and told police that she “meant” to soak the victim in water.
According to Click Orlando, Volusia County resident Joanne Mercader was arrested Saturday after she threw a bucket of feces on her 65-year-old landlord. Deputies said they arrived at the trailer on Reed Ellis Road around 5:15 p.m. and found the victim with wet feces on their body. Mercader claimed the victim broke into her home and attacked her.

Police footage shows Mercader with feces stains on her clothing and face along with the deputy trying to under the situation.
“I don’t know anything. All I know is you’re covered in feces, she’s covered in feces. I need you to pretend I don’t know what’s going on here,”

She stated the victim chased her into the bathroom and placed feces on her faces until she managed to escape. Mercader said she intentionally tried to grab a bucket of water but grabbed the bucket of feces instead.
Mercader was arrested and charged with battery on a person 65 or older.
