Two used car salesmen allegedly urinated on a black woman’s photo ID after she took a test drive and decided not to buy the vehicle in Kenosha, Wisconsin. She unintentionally left the photo ID, which resulted in the disturbing act.

Leah Jefferson went to NH Auto Sales and gave her ID to take the car for a test drive. She left after deciding she didn’t want the car but forgot her ID. Jefferson asked the car salesman, Bryan Slaven, to mail her identification because she lived an hour away and said she would cash app him the money. Slaven is accused of intentionally bending Jefferson’s ID, and his colleague, Zach Brugioni, is accused of placing it on the back of a truck before urinating.

The video revealed Jefferson’s photo and address, which led to a Good Samaritan finding her on Facebook and informing her that Slaven urinated all over the ID. They also sent her a video of the heinous crime.

The Kenosha Police Department released a statement about the incident on their official Facebook page but faced backlash for calling Slaven’s actions “immature” instead of condemning him.
“KPD is aware of a disgusting act of disrespect towards a person’s property, a video of which is being widely shared on social media. We have been in contact with the victim and are working with that person on the investigation. KPD is also aware that this video has been viewed a lot! We are aware of the threats being made to the immature culprits and their businesses. While we can understand that viewing this video causes emotional reactions, we cannot and will not tolerate any acts of violence towards those responsible or associated with the business or the business itself.”
One Facebook user wrote. “Don’t minimize this act of disgusting behavior by calling it immature. Immaturity is when you are a child. This guy isn’t a kid and should know better. This is a crime not immaturity.” Another car dealership offered to give Lisa a free vehicle after they were mistaken for the dealership Slaven worked for.
“If anyone knows the person that had that thing happen to their driver’s license, please have them reach out to us. We were also affected by this situation when we started receiving bad reviews that were meant for the dealership you went to when they briefly changed their name on Google to one similar to ours. We would love the opportunity to turn this negative situation for us both into a positive one by offering you a vehicle for ABSOLUTELY FREE (we have several for you to choose from). We want to show you and everyone else that there are indeed good people in the used car industry. We hope to see you soon.”
So far, no known arrests have been made, and the investigation is still ongoing.
