After parting ways with Fox, Tucker Carlson announced he will debut a new show exclusively on Twitter.
Carlson shared a video to his Twitter account that has quickly gained over 50 million views, the host explained that he is talking his talents to Twitter because the app allows him to have a freedom of speech. “Speech is the fundamental pre-requisite for democracy. That’s why it was enshrined in the first of our Constitutional amendments,” Carlson said. “Amazingly, as of tonight, there are not that many platforms left that allow free speech. The last big one remaining … is Twitter, where we are now.”

Twitter owner, Elon Musk responded his video on Twitter saying, “On this platform, unlike the one-way street of broadcast, people are able to interact, critique and refute whatever is said. And, of course, anything misleading will get @CommunityNotes. I also want to be clear that we have not signed a deal of any kind whatsoever. Tucker is subject to the same rules & rewards of all content creators. Rewards means subscriptions and advertising revenue share (coming soon), which is a function of how many people subscribe and the advertising views associated with the content. I hope that many others, particularly from the left, also choose to be content creators on this platform.” He tweeted.
On this platform, unlike the one-way street of broadcast, people are able to interact, critique and refute whatever he or anyone may say.

As we previously reported, Tucker Carlson and Fox News decided to terminate their relationship last month.
“FOX News Media and Tucker Carlson have agreed to part ways. We thank him for his service to the network as a host and prior to that as a contributor. Mr. Carlson’s last program was Friday April 21st,” the network wrote. “Fox News Tonight will air live at 8 PM/ET starting this evening as an interim show helmed by rotating FOX News personalities until a new host is named.”
It was very shocking to hear the news about Carlson but fans were even more shocked after hearing Don Lemon was terminated by CNN.
Lemon released a statement that read, “I was informed this morning by my agent that I have been terminated by CNN. I am stunned,” he tweeted in a fiery post. “After 17 years at CNN, I would have thought that someone in management would have the decency to tell me directly.
“At no time was I ever given any indication that I would not be able to continue to do the work I have loved at the network. It is clear that there are some larger issues at play.
“With that said, I want to thank my colleagues and the many teams I have worked with for an incredible run. They are the most talented journalists in the business, and I wish them all the best.”
