According to PEOPLE, the multi-faceted mogul also broke down in tears while expressing his feelings to his family.

“What you’ve come to understand as Will Smith, the alien-annihilating MC, bigger-than-life movie star, is largely a construction, a carefully crafted and honed character designed to protect myself, to hide myself from the world. To hide the coward,”

Earlier this month, Smith revealed his revamped fitness journey through a series of videos on his official Instagram page.

The show is expected to release on November 8 on Youtube.
