Wild Pool Party At New Jersey Mansion Under Investigation Over Social Distancing

The hosts/tenants and promoters of a wild pool party this Saturday at an Alpine, New Jersey mansion are under investigation over social distancing guideline violations.

The party, thrown over the weekend and branded as “The Lavish Experience Pool Party,” saw hundreds of carefree goers, most without masks, and ignoring any and all social distancing rules. Many were seen spotted inside and outside the home on Hemlock Drive. Reports state one partygoer included Brooklyn rapper Casanova 2X.

Eventually, cops were called to the residence to break up the shindig, and during the let out, one person was seen taken away in an ambulance, with others passed out drunk on the lawn. A neighbor says the new tenants of the home have thrown parties “one weekend after another” since May. Subsequently, Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office,  state officials and local police have since opened an investigation to punish those involved in throwing the events.

In a press briefing on Monday, Gov. Phil Murphy stated, “Based on the description, there was close congregation and not a lot of face covering, if any. If in fact people are busted and there was a promoted party, that’s not going to end well.”
