Wendy Williams’ son Kevin Jr is revealing some new information in an exclusive interview with The Sun. According to Kevin, judge Lisa Sokoloff- who is covering the former tv host’s guardianship case- said she would charge him with kidnapping if he didn’t help with getting the star back to New York while he was helping take care of her in 2022.

Kevin also claims he was told by the judge that’ll he be arrested if he tried to get her back to Florida after coming back to New York. “I’m so scared that I haven’t really been up there to see her since the courts, when they hear I’m coming to visit, they try to change things up, like they have to prepare for me,” Wendy’s son said.

Kevin went on to say how he wishes he could step in help his mother out, but he’s just worried about being taken into custody if he try’s to intervene. “If there was a way that I could help that wouldn’t end up [with me] being arrested, I would be doing that,” he added. The Sun reported that they reached out to the judge who allegedly told Kevin he would be arrested and the response they received back read: “As this is a pending matter it would not be appropriate to comment further.”

This is now Kevin’s second interview with The Sun and he has been very vocal about his mother and her alleged health problems.

As we previously reported, during his first interview he spoke about how he feels his mom is near death and being taken advantage of. Wendy’s manager quickly responded to those claims and said his allegations are not true.

Selby also clapped back at those allegations and said, “Taking advantage of her for what? To get what? To do what? I’m not here to brag but I was doing just okay before Wendy came along and I insisted on helping her because she requested my assistance,” Selby said. “Wendy is under a guardianship. Everything that she does gets approved by the guardianship. A court-appointed guardianship. So, no one, even if they wanted to take advantage of her — everything has to get approved by that court,” He reminded. “So, any type of business dealings that we do, Wendy, myself and anyone — we have to get the guardianship to sign off on it. So how can anyone take advantage of her?”

Selby also took the time to call out the 22-year-old for running to a news publication to express his concern for his mothers well-being. “If your mother was near death would the first thing you do is call an online publication?” he asked. “Okay. So, that’s all I have to say about that… I usually don’t do this. I’m only speaking on behalf of my client, and I’m not trying to have a debate with Kevin. You know he’s a young man, and honestly, I feel like he’s gone through a lot. He’s probably dealing with a lot. I have a son that’s the same age as him, and sometimes you just make poor decisions, in my opinion, and I’m just speaking to my son.”

Selby continued, “I’m not here to be combative about whatever allegations he has. He’s entitled to his opinion. I’m just trying to say that us, as adults, let’s be responsible and let’s actually utilize some common sense. Someone was near death, someone like your mother. Why would you go to an online publication to discuss it with them?”
