In her new YouTube vlog, Coco Jones – NYFW Vlog: Front Row, Fits & Behind the Scenes, the singer takes fans along for her whole fashion week run. She looks absolutely fabulous while showing off one of her photo shoots, but the footage also shows that the glitz and glam came with a little hate.

The songstress and Bel-Air star is fresh off her wedding to Donovan Mitchell and the honeymoon that followed, and she jumped straight back into the fashion circuit. Coco hit up Tommy Hilfiger, Prabal Gurung and LaQuan Smith, and every stop was a different mood. At Hilfiger she made prep-school style flirty with a pale blue button-down, a fitted navy mini skirt and a matching blazer, a look she called “very Barbie chic.”
The vlog shows fans the moment she took to the city streets for a fun shoot. Coco is camera-ready and locked in, and then all of a sudden random person interrupts the moment with racist insults. Now, instead of returning that same nasty energy, CoCo kept her cool, ignored the racist peasant and kept slaying like the queen she is.
It wasn’t the only noise she dealt with that week. After photos of her sheer NYFW dress went viral, The Blast reported that some critics weighed in now that she’s married. “Coco, you’re a married woman now. Have some respect for your husband,” one user wrote. Plenty of fans were on the other side, with one writing, “Coco bad af,” and another noting, “Coco’s face is glowing.”
Coco Jones kept her cool and showed NO energy to a racist hater who randomly started insulting her while she was doing a photoshoot in the streets of New York 👏👀 https://t.co/p59gYXsr32— Slime🐍 (@ItsKingSlime) October 21, 2026
Coco has talked openly about the hard parts of the industry, including a 2020 YouTube video on colorism, so she knows the difference between being seen and being disrespected.
Despite all of that, she’s now newly married, still booked and still unbothered. Coco walked out of New York exactly the way she walked in, and that’s the kind of energy no hater can touch.
