Tiffany Haddish, has recently pleaded not guilty in her latest Los Angeles DUI case.
The comedian was arraigned on Wednesday, where she entered “not guilty” pleas to two counts brought by the L.A. County District Attorney’s Office. The charges include driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a .08% blood alcohol concentration (BAC).
As we previously reported, the “Girls Trip” star was arrested in Beverly Hills last month when law enforcement officers found her asleep at the wheel, partially blocking the road.
The Beverly Hills Police Department who responded to the call on Friday, Nov. 24., and, upon arriving at the scene, proceeded to arrest her for suspicion of driving under the influence. Haddish was released several hours after her arrest.
Unfortunately, this incident marks Haddish’s second DUI arrest. The first occured in January 2022. Around that time, she was arrested in Atlanta after officers responded to a report of someone sleeping behind the wheel. She faced charges of DUI and improper stopping on a roadway, eventually being released after posting a $1,666 bond.

Speaking exclusively with ET’s Kevin Frazier last month, the actress pledged that “this will never happen again” after she was cited for driving under the influence for the second time in two years. Haddish also told the otjley that her Tesla parked itself when she dozed off but was admitted to blocking a portion of the street. Depsit what happened, she said “I’m going to get some help so I can learn balance and boundaries,” she noted.
The 43-year-old has since taken some time to herself in Hawaii. While there, she also addressed trolls who claims she has been “spiraling” out of control following her latest incident.
“I got nothing but love for all of you. Even the people who think I’m spiraling. Ain’t no spiral here honey just some cleaning. God’s cleaning house.” In her clip she also notes that she has “new boundaries, new limits,” and is “no longer helping those that don’t help themselves. And if you thought I was in jail I’m not in jail. I’m in paradise.”
