UPDATE: Kim Kardashian Gets Restraining Order Against Fan Who Sent Her A Plan B Pill & Engagement Ring
The fan who sent Kim Kardashian an engagement ring with a Plan B pill has been ordered to stay away from the superstar or else!
According to the latest update by TMZ, Kim filed docs Wednesday against Nicholas Costanza, whom she claims is the person responsible for shipping those items to her home earlier this month. Although it didn’t make it to Kim since the package was intercepted by her security team, the guy reportedly has a history of showing up at her home.
In her filing from attorney Shawn Holley, Kim says Costanza has shown up to her property a handful of times this year including in February and in May! On top of this, Kim says Costanza has been obsessing over her online as well — and had been posting bizarre messages, alluding to her waiting for her “knight in shining armor” (which he clarified as himself), TMZ notes. As a result of all the creepiness, a judge granted Kim a temporary order after agreeing with her concerns. Costanza will now have to stay at least 100 yards away and refrain from contact, and if not, he’ll end up in the slammer.
Kim is the latest one out of her family who has gotten a restraining order against a crazy fan. Both Kendall and Kylie Jenner recently had to deal with similar situations. Thankfully, it wasn’t anything too serious.
