According to Chicago Tribune, under the terms of G Herbo’s plea agreement, the rapper will reportedly pay $140,000 in restitution to multiple victims, including $10,458 to the company Woof Woof Puppies in Southfield, Michigan where Herbo’s manager allegedly purchased dogs for him using a stolen credit card.
As we previously reported, Herbo and several other people in his camp were charged with using stolen identities to make hundreds of thousands of dollars in fraudulent charges for goods and services. In his plea agreement, the Chicago rapper admitted that he “used the proceeds from these frauds to travel to various concert venues and to advance his career by posting photographs and/or videos of himself on the private jets, in the exotic cars and at the Jamaican villa.”

On Friday, the rappers attorneys also attempted to push for the right to argue for probation under the terms of the deal. U.S. District Judge Mark Mastroianni set a sentencing hearing for Nov. 7. In a written statement Friday, Acting U.S. Attorney Joshua S. Levy said Herbo “flaunted his lavish spending on social media, in music videos and in industry news,” and that his conviction “should serve as a reminder that if you break the law, you will be prosecuted and held accountable – regardless of who you are.”
He first gained attention with his debut mixtape, “Welcome to Fazoland,” released in 2014. The mixtape received critical acclaim and helped him establish a dedicated fan base. Since then, G Herbo has released several successful projects, including mixtapes like “Pistol P Project,” “Ballin Like I’m Kobe,” and “Strictly 4 My Fans.” In 2017, he dropped his debut studio album, “Humble Beast,” which further solidified his place in the rap industry.
