Herbo has more legal problems to deal with. As previously reported, the drill rapper is still dealing with fraud charges from 2020. The 27-year-old G along with his music promoter and other members of his crew were accused of allegedly conspiring to defraud numerous businesses with stolen credit cards over the course of a 4-year period.

G Herbo will appear in Massachusetts whenever he is required either in person or via Zoom.”

That situation turned out to be a mixup. The bodyguard admitted to owning the gun at the time of the arrest, however authorities reportedly ignored him. The Broward County State Attorney’s Office later decided to drop its original felony charge of “introducing a firearm into the sterile area of the airport” against Lil Meech.

The BMF star’s attorney Bradford Cohen also presented prosecutors with a purchase receipt, gun case and license to carry that all effectively prove the gun did not belong to his client.
