Travis Scott Performs For The First Time Since Astroworld Tragedy

Travis Scott took the stage at a private pre-Oscars party in Los Angeles on Saturday – marking his first performance since the Astroworld tragedy.

According to TMZ, the rapper performed in front of many other celebrities that were in attendance such as Leonardo DiCaprio, Tobey Maguire, Venus,  Serena Williams, Tyga, YG, and Kaia Gerber.

Fans seem to be excited to see Scott performing again after clips began to surface on Twitter today of him performing his hit song ‘sicko mode.’ 

Scott seemed to be all smiles during his performance being that that was the first time he took the stage since November 2021 when he put on his festival in Houston that reportedly killed 10 fans and injured hundreds more.

As we previously reported, Travis Scott was in some major hot water after fans begged him to stop his live show once people were passing out but the rapper didn’t stop. Which led to several lawsuits that are still being battled with today. 

Travis Scott recently announced the launch of ‘project heal’ in a way to make amends for his deadly concert. The organization will be focused on making events safer and protecting the youth.
