Ryan Stogner “relieved of duty” in last month, prosecutors reveal in court. Prosecutors say no charges were filed and they won’t call on him at the trial.”
In a second tweet, Dillon continued, “Mgdesyan says Stogner, who was the investigating officer who interviewed Megan The Stallion after the shooting, is a critical witness for the defense. He told the court he plans to call on him under the theory that Stogner “botched” the investigation. The judge says he would allow it.”
