No more comfy home and fancy meals for Todd Chrisley and Julie Chrisley as the two have surrendered to start their lengthy prison sentences.
As we previously reported, the reality stars are serving time for their convictions in their bank fraud and tax evasion case. An Atlanta U.S. District Court judge sentenced Todd Chrisley to 12 years in prison, and Julie Chrisley to seven years, according to the Department of Justice. Both of them will also serve three years of supervised release afterward and pay restitution.

Before surrendering, Todd, 53, shared a video on Monday night — which was later deleted on Tuesday afternoon. It was of gospel artist Karen Peck singing “Four Days Late” along with the song lyrics, “Lord, we don’t understand why You’ve waited so long, But His way is God’s way, not yours or mine, And isn’t it great, when He’s four days late, He’s still on time.”
More On Their Legal Case
The stars of “Chrisley Knows Best” were sentenced in November 2022 on federal charges of conspiracy to defraud banks out of more than $30 million in fraudulent loans and several tax crimes including attempting to defraud the IRS. They were accused of using fake documents to obtain loans from banks to get loans. It was said that they also failed to pay federal income tax.
How Did The Feds Find Out?
Well, many people initially blamed their business partner Mark Braddock for their legal problems coming to light. During their November trial, Todd’s Braddock testified about their alleged fling. However, Todd Chrisley recently shared his reaction to those claims on his podcast, saying, “What insulted me the most is that, out of all these 54 years, for me to finally be accused of being with a man, it would be someone who looked like Mark Braddock,” he said, per The Daily Mail. “A toad. Someone that looks like a thumb. Someone who says he’s only had sex with his wife and me.”
He went on to joke, “There have been many who have been dick-notized by your daddy,” he said to his son. As for Mark, Todd said it’s just “wishful thinking.” He further explained that he was offended Braddock claimed he hooked up with him because “it was just something he wanted to try.”
“I ain’t that small spoon at Baskin-Robbins. I’m the whole scoop,” Todd laughed. “You don’t get to sample here.” In his testimony, Braddock alleged the affair lasted approximately one year. Todd says his story has changed several times.

The TV stars requested bond but was ultimately denied pending appeal of their convictions for federal charges of bank fraud and tax evasion. They also requested an extension to their surrender date, but that too was also denied.
