The DL Whisperer, born Naqaun Tydree-Malik Palmer, is officially out of jail after pleading guilty to felony aggravated stalking in his case with Ts Madison.
As we previously shared, Palmer was behind bars at Georgia’s Gilmore County Detention Center after the Gilmer County Sheriff’s Office arrested him on February 21.
Police charged him with one count of felony aggravated stalking — which accuses a person of stalking in violation of a court order, like a temporary protective order — which Palmer previously faced.
Prior to his arrest, Gilmer County judge granted a temporary protective order to media personality Ts Madison against the DL Whisperer. It is active for 12 months.
Ts Madison Speaks After The DL Whisperer Pleads Guilty To Felony Aggravated Stalking And Apologizes
On Tuesday (June 23), Palmer entered a guilty plea, trading in his not guilty plea for a plea deal. In the deal, officials released Palmer from jail and ordered him to keep away from Ts Madison (plus her family directly or indirectly) via a permeant restraining order.
Palmer also cannot mention Madison’s name, social handles, or via any hashtags, hyperlinks, etc. He cannot post, write, talk about her in any manner.
Additionally, during the court hearing, Palmer apologized to Ts Madison saying he wanted to move on from the matter and live his life. Ts Madison ended up taking to her social media to speak out one last time about the case. While sharing screenshots of the permanent restraining order and clips from the hearing, Madison captioned the post:
“I’m only speaking this ONCE with peace and WARNINGS. I know lots of you think that Boy is your savior from some war between trans women and EVERYONE but HE IS NOT! He has plead Guilty And Will be out today! Allow him to enjoy his FREEDOM and DO NOT ENCOURAGE him to continue his harassing and stalking ways FOR YOUR ENTERTAINMENT or for your own HATEFUL PLEASURE! Because I PROMISE YOU the law will be enforced fully and a decade of his Freedom will be gone! Let him Go in peace ☮️ and Leave me alone because the PERMANENT PROTECTION ORDER is in place and FULLY DETAILED…….. I got an apology and that’s all I ever need to hear from him again in this life……. Safe journey. 🎈”
