The DL Whisperer, born Naqaun Tydree-Malik Palmer, is asking the public for prayers, petition signatures, letters, and even help from the NAACP after alleged bleach attacks and more in jail, amid his felony aggravated stalking case with media personality Ts Madison.
The DL Whisperer In Jail For Felony Aggravated Stalking After Posting Videos Outside Ts Madison’s Home
Palmer is currently behind bars, at Georgia’s Gilmore County Detention Center, after being arrested by the Gilmer County Sheriff’s Office on February 21. Police arrested him on one count of felony aggravated stalking. The charge arises after a person is accused of stalking in violation of a court order, like a temporary protective order — which was previously placed against Palmer.
Prior to Palmer’s arrest, a Gilmer County judge granted a temporary protective order to media personality Ts Madison against the DL Whisperer. It is active for 12 months. Furthermore, a conviction for Palmer’s felony aggravated stalking charge carries a potential prison sentence of one to ten years, plus a fine of up to $10,000.
As we previously shared, the entire situation began after Madison’s viral interview with Nene Leakes back on June 5, 2024. During the sit-down, Leakes claimed men who date transgender women aren’t straight. Madison fired back and set the internet on fire.
Palmer chimed in and Madison claimed she didn’t know who he was. As Palmer continued to speak out, responding to everybody’s opinions on the original conversation, he started shading Madison, who paid him dust. However, the online trolling took a turn after Madison said she wouldn’t entertain “every troll with a ring light.” After that comment, Palmer would soon share videos of him antagonizing Madison and driving by her home.
The DL Whisperer Alleges Abuse While In Jail For Ts Madison Felony Aggravated Stalking Case
Following Palmer’s arrest, Ts Madison, whose government name is Madison Hinton, took to YouTube breaking her silence in a video titled, “I am the victim.”
Palmer has also broken his silence since his arrest. On April 6, Palmer shared a message from behind bars. In his audio message, he spoke about his ongoing legal battle and asked for help. He claimed he was “fighting for [his] freedom and sitting in solitary confinement.” He added, “Right now, all of my human rights are being violated. I’m going through a lot and I just really, really need y’all.”
In an updated audio message on April 11, Palmer continued to ask for help from the public. He alleged he was previously in solitary confinement after being a victim of racist attacks and more. He said:
“I was in solitary confinement, fighting to live after bleach and other chemicals were mixed in my cell by the [??], after being told by the Sheriff to expect racism and that they make their own rules because this is a private jail… Keep praying for my safety in this times. Please send letters to the judge.”
