This Monday morning, Tamar Braxton gave an unfortunate update for her fans. In an Instagram post to her 6.1M followers, the singer let everyone know that she was robbed at her home.

The entertainer wrote under multiple videos showing the robbery happening in the parking lot of her apartment building, “I got robbed. At home. I’m not safe anywhere. I don’t know why I keep getting violated. I had a lot in my car. After all, I don’t live anywhere ’cause I’m not safe anywhere or with anyone.”

Braxton then took to her Instagram Stories to share further that she is “not okay.”

“Yeah so I’m not okay,” she said before adding, or at all but I’m gonna be okay and that’s what matters.” In a follow-up post she added, “They robbed me for 30 minutes with all this surveillance in one of the most expensive buildings in ATL. No one did nothing.” She continued, “Why they take my garage door openers? I feel like they are following me and my Bentley key…” The helpless star went on to say, “Where can I go? Nowhere?? And I trust whooooooooooo? I hate it here OMG.”

Sadly this isn’t the first time Braxton’s space and property was invaded.

In 2021, a similar incident occured. The star shared on social media that her home was burgualrized by a man she knew. The 46-year-old singer shared at the time that an intruder “went through my drawers, broke my mirrors [and] turned my bed upside down.”

“This broken, bum ass man (one that I know) broke into my home and stole my safe only,” Braxton wrote in a message. Authorities did respond to a radio call of a burglary at a residence in Sherman Oaks, California, at the time which reported that the suspects were already gone when authorities arrived. In a message to the burglars, the Real co-host said. “I want you to know firsthand that I’m not angry. You did not break me. You did not violate me.”

“What your broken ass don’t realize that God gave me that home and every single thing in it during a pandemic, & also during the time when I was all of those things. God personally put the pieces of my life back together again,” she continued.

“So pumpkin, you did not steal from me. Those things you took, he will give back to me a million times fold!!! You took from God!!!” Braxton said. “I know that is not a payback you are not [sic] prepared for..but get ready. This time you really did it!!” Braxton said in her 2021 post.

One thing about the R&B queen, she knows how to keep her head and her spirits high even during the most difficult times. With her loyal fans sending her prayers and encouraging messages, we hope she will continue to do so following this latest incident.
