The Taliban has issued a statement regarding the crisis between Russia and Ukraine and is asking for the two nations to resolve things peacefully.

In their statement, the group is calling for peace after stating they have been closely monitoring the situation between Ukraine and Russia. The Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan calls for restraint by both parties. All sides need to desist from taking positions that could intensify violence.”
