#Socialites, get into this: In an exclusive report by the Daily Mail reveals that Nicole Young, the estranged wife of Dr. Dre, filed explosive court documents in their divorce days before he suffered a brain aneurysm.

According to the news site, just days before hip-hop mogul Dr. Dre was rushed to a Los Angeles hospital with a suspected brain aneurysm, his estranged wife Nicole filed divorce documents detailing years of violent and emotional abuse. She claimed in the court papers that the 55-year-old producer held a gun to her head, punched her in the face, and slammed her against a wall, lifting her off her feet by her neck.

“Andre held a gun to my head on two occasions, on January 8, 2000, and November 20, 2001,’ she claimed. “Andre has punched me in the head/face on two occasions, in 1999 and on January 8, 2000. Andre kicked down the door to a bedroom in which I was hiding from his rage in 2016,” she added.  “Andre has verbally and emotionally decimated my personhood to the extent that I currently suffer from post-traumatic stress syndrome,” the Daily Mail quotes. It was noted that Nicole, 50, who’s fighting in court for her share of Dre’s estimated $1 billion empire – made her shocking charges in response to her soon-to-be-ex husband’s declaration last week. As we previously reported, he denied her claims saying that “at no time did I abuse Nicole or threaten her physical safety,” during their 24-year marriage. 

In her filing she goes on to argue that Dre should pay for all her expenses in the manner he did during the marriage. As we previously reported, Nicole officially filed for divorce from Dre on June 29, after 24 years of marriage, citing irreconcilable differences. The estranged couple shares two adult children, son Truice and daughter Truly.

According to the latest update by TMZ, Dr. Dre is still in intensive care, one week after he was rushed to the hospital after suffering a brain aneurysm.

Sources tell the news site that Dre is still in ICU at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in L.A. as doctors continue to do a battery of tests to get to the root of the problem. TMZ also reports that doctors want to keep him in ICU just in case he suffers another aneurysm.

It was said that the music legend is staying positive through it all and resting comfortably, and perhaps even more encouraging, sources say docs have cautiously informed his family that a “bad outcome” doesn’t appear to be on the horizon, TMZ reports.

As we previously reported, Dre suffered the aneurysm at his Pacific Palisades home Monday and was rushed by ambulance to Cedars. Since then, he has released a statement, ensuring fans that he will be ok:

Late Tuesday night while Dr. Dre was in the hospital after suffering a brain aneurysm, the producer’s Los Angeles home was apparently the target of a burglary ring, Fox LA and TMZ reports.

Sources tell the news site that 4 men were spotted on Dre’s Pacific Palisades property Wednesday at around 2 AM.  Security spotted them as they were casing the house.  Before they could get to the main structure, security confronted them and quickly called police.  During a surveillance operation in Brentwood, officers spotted an SUV believed to be involved, and after a short chase the suspects were apprehended. All four were taken into custody.

Law enforcement believes the men saw the breaking news story about Dre being in the hospital after suffering a brain aneurysm and saw a window of opportunity. Inside the suspects’ vehicle, investigators say they found a backpack full of burglary tools, saws and crowbars.

Dr. Dre has not released a public statement on this latest incident. However, he said Tuesday he was “doing great and getting excellent care” at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.

They have all been named in the latest court filing in the bitter divorce. Nicole, 50, claims they are all former lovers of the music mogul, and she’s reportedly trying to get them to spill on her soon-to-be-ex-husband.

However, all three are fighting Nicole’s legal efforts to subpoena them as witnesses in the legal war with Dre after 24 years of marriage. As it was previously reported, the couple’s nasty fight over Dre’s estimated $1billion empire centers on a pre-marital agreement they both signed in back in 1996. The ladies have all hired lawyer Kris LeFan to fight for them. He filed a motion on Tuesday to quash the subpoenas, saying none of the women has “information relevant to the enforceability” of the pre-marital agreement.

Dre, 55, says the agreement still exists, while Nicole insists he ripped it up in front of her after they married in a “romantic gesture.” He wants the Los Angeles Superior judge to determine whether the prenup is valid and enforceable. Until that happens, he maintains that his business records – which Nicole has filed subpoenas to obtain — are none of her concern.

The attorney for the ladies said:

“Any extra marital affair would be irrelevant because California is a no-fault divorce state and in a pleading or proceeding for dissolution of marriage or legal separation of the parties, including depositions and discovery proceedings, evidence of specific acts of misconduct is improper and inadmissible,” Daily Mail quotes.

LeFan’s new court filings for all three women didn’t go into detail on whether they had affairs with Dre. However, reports surfaced in 2013 that Dre had cheated on Nicole with Kili Anderson. Dre denied the claim at the time.

The news site reports that Dre’s business partner, Larry Chatman, recently filed a report, claiming Nicole took hundreds of thousands of dollars from their business account without any authorization. As it was previously reported, Dre’s team called out Nicole for 2 withdrawals which total up to $385k in their divorce case. However, it was noted that he did not personally file this report.

When these claims were first made, Young’s legal team responded: “This is just a low-grade PR stunt by Andre and his team to try to change the fact that he was caught red-handed and sued for trying to cheat Nicole out of community property to which she is entitled.” Nicole said she had a right to the money in that corporate account because her name is on it. TMZ reports that LAPD detectives are now looking to get to the bottom of this.

As the news site notes, if charges are brought forth from this, it’s possible Nicole could do time.

It looks like another celebrity couple has decided to call it quits. According to an exclusive report by TMZ, Nicole Young has reportedly filed for divorce from husband Dr. Dre after 24 years of marriage.

Dre and Young married on May 25, 1996, and have two adult children together: Truice — a son — and Truly, a daughter. Sources connected to Nicole say they do not have a prenuptial agreement, but that she is also seeking spousal support. As the news site notes citing Forbes, Dre’s net worth is estimated at $800 million.

Young, who works as a lawyer, will be represented in the divorce by popular celeb attorney, Samantha Spector. TMZ stated that they reached out to Dre’s reps for comment but the hip-hop mogul reportedly had “no comment.”
