T.I. And Tiny Sued for Sexual Assault And Battery on Woman in L.A. Hotel — Couple Says New Allegations Are “Bogus”
Once again T.I. and his wife, Tiny Harris, find themselves embroiled in a lawsuit. This time a woman is accusing them of sexual assault and battery.
The lawsuit, filed by a woman identified as Jane Doe, claims that she was drugged by the couple in 2005 after meeting them at a nightclub in Los Angeles. According to the documents obtained by TMZ, the plaintiff, who was serving in the U.S. Air Force at the time, details the time she allegedly attended a party at late rapper Coolio’s home where she met a man known as “Caviar.” Allegedly, Caviar worked for T.I. and Tiny and promised the woman that she would have a chance to meet the couple at an L.A. nightclub the following night.
At the nightclub, the woman alleges that Tiny handed her a drink, which she shared with her friend. The lawsuit claims that the woman soon found herself in an SUV with T.I., Tiny, and two other unknown women, all heading to a hotel room. Once in the hotel room, Tiny reportedly kicked out the other two women, leaving only the plaintiff, T.I., and herself. The woman alleges that Tiny then took her into the bathroom, where they undressed, and T.I. joined them in the shower. However, what started as a consensual encounter quickly turned disturbing.
According to the lawsuit, the woman began feeling lightheaded and dizzy. She says T.I. then instructed her to go to the bed while he watched pornography. Allegedly, he demanded a massage, and Tiny joined in, pinning the woman down and rubbing her body against the plaintiff’s. The situation escalated when T.I. allegedly penetrated the woman’s vagina with his toe, despite her protests.
In a distressing twist, the woman claims that T.I. mocked her as she tried to push him away and even made derogatory comments about her well-being. She eventually passed out, only to wake up the next morning when a security guard discovered her. The woman describes experiencing intense pain, itching, and burning in her genital area.
The lawsuit accuses T.I. and Tiny of sexual battery, assault, negligence, and false imprisonment. The plaintiff is taking advantage of California’s Sexual Abuse and Cover-Up Accountability Act, which allows for the revival of claims that would otherwise be barred by the statute of limitations.
In response to the allegations, a lawyer representing T.I. and Tiny claims that the claims are baseless and that the lawsuit was filed after the deadline.
“Not only are the claims bogus, but they missed the deadline to file the lawsuit.”
This is not the first time they have been accused of sexual assault. In 2021 VH1 suspended production on Season 4 of T.I. & Tiny: Friends & Family Hustle in the wake of numerous sexual abuse allegations against the couple. A few cases had already been dismissed at the time because they fell outside the statute of limitations.

More recently, just last year T.I. and Tiny had even more legal cases to battle out. In September, the duo filed a counterclaim against their former friend, Sabrina Peterson, after a judge dismissed the majority of her harassment claim against the Hip Hop power couple. While they came out on top in that case, earlier that year they lost their copyright infringement lawsuit against the LOL Surprise toy maker.
