The Dancehall Queen Spice says her “price has gone up, all the way up” after Rihanna and A$AP Rocky “wuk up” to her song, “So Mi Like It.”
As we previously shared, Spice touched down in Barbados on July 30 for her first-ever Crop Over Festival experience. On August 3, the Jamaican artist, born Grace Hamilton, linked up with the Bajan Queen herself, Rihanna, born Robyn Fenty.
The two Caribbean artists were spotted partying together during Barbados’ Grand Kadooment Day parade. Spice ended up sharing tons of photos and videos to her Instagram of them dancing (or wuking up) together. She captioned one post, “Barbados Crop Over with @badgalriri will forever be a moment I’ll never forget 💙.”
In another post, Spice wrote:
“Barbados 🇧🇧 I love you , I love your National Hero @badgalriri so much Wow ‼️ what an incredible inspiration and beautiful soul. I love your country, the music the people. I finally met your Prime Minister @mamottley and I love her deeply, she welcomed me and all my besties with Open Arms @spice_bestieweekend. Couldn’t have chosen a better Location this year. After the parade, Spice later reunited with Rihanna on a boat ride. There, A$AP Rocky — who has Bajan ancestry as well — also popped up. The couple went viral as RiRi a wine pon her man while Spice performed her hit “So Mi Like It.”
And Rocky handled himself like a pro! Cocking his foot up pon di railing and all. Rihanna ended up posting videos to her Instagram Story. She said she and Rocky were getting “active.” She also trolled her “ex” in the process.
Nearly a week after the viral videos, Spice showed tons of love to RiRi and Rocky. On August 10, she shared another angle of the couple dancing while she performed. She captioned the post:
