Soulja Boy Sued By Former Assistant For Years Of Sexual & Physical Abuse
Soulja Boy is being sued by his former personal assistant, claiming he subdued her to years of sexual and physical abuse. However, he, via his reps, denies laying a finger on her or any woman ever. The woman, identified as Jane Doe, alleges the abuse began shortly after being hired back in December 2018.
The alleged victim says within the first month of working for the rapper, she received unsolicited photos of his penis. In the lawsuit, it’s revealed that the two eventually developed a romantic relationship and she ended up moving in with SB. In January 2019, the woman says things took a turn after the rapper acted violently toward her, including an argument while driving. She alleges he pushed her out the vehicle and forced her to walk 5 miles.

In February 2019, the alleged victim says Soulja sexually assaulted her for the first time; and after, he “expressed remorse” by giving her $1,000. She claims the sexual abuse went on, and sometimes occurred twice a day. In May 2019, the woman claims the rapper spit on her after telling him she wanted to quit. She alleges Soulja would also get insanely jealous over comments on social media and phone calls she received.
After an alleged violent attack in August 2020, in which she thought she’d die, the woman moved out. However, when she went back to get her things the next month, the rapper allegedly raped her again. The woman is suing for sexual battery, assault, false imprisonment, infliction of emotional distress, plus damages — claiming she wasn’t paid properly for her work.
