‘Jackass‘ alum Bam Margera is one month sober from alcohol and drugs and is paying homage to Britney Spears with a new neck tattoo. While debuting his new piece that says, “Oops They Did It To Me Too,” he says, “I’m on your level. I feel your f***ing pain.”
Just days after celebrating being one month sober, 44-year-old Margera decided to visit the First Hand Tattoo shop in Warminster, Pennsylvania on Tuesday (September 26), where he chose to get a new tattoo on his neck in honor of Spears, which also references his time spent in and out of rehab facilities.

In a video posted to the tattoo shop’s Instagram, in collaboration with the tattoo artist Nikki Sobeck, Margera is seen getting the neck tattoo done. Sobeck captioned the post, “Got to tattoo @bam__margera today what a wild ride thanks man for being just genuine and cool! #tattoo #bammargera #philly #firsthandtattoo #britneyspears.”
In the video, which fittingly plays Spears’ “Oops!… I Did It Again,” Margera says, “So if you haven’t known, I’ve been through the wringer with the longest ‘Florida Shuffle,’ which means that if the interventionist knows that you have insurance money, they’ll find reasons to keep you forever. So, Britney Spears… Oops, they did it to me too. I’m on your level. I feel your f***ing pain.”
Without really needing to note, Margera likened his experiences with being forced into rehab to Spears being forced into a nearly 14-year-long conservatorship by her father, Jamie Spears, with support from her mother Lynne Spears, and other industry executives.

Margera also posted a video and close-up photos of the tattoo on his Instagram, and said, “F**k Steve Timmer the interventionist from Florida who collects peoples insurance money and keeps them there forever to keep getting paid as you f**k people up with medication‘s that lead to suicidal thoughts, weight gain hair loss, erectile dysfunction, and stiff muscles. And f**k guardians at Leitem as well.”
Margera added, “I have done the Guinness book of world records of longest Florida shuffle of nearly 2 years of ten back to back rehabs at $660,000.00 dollars. I’m sick of these money, hungry controlling c**ksuckers that act like they care for your well-being when it’s all about money and making you so numb you can’t cry or c*m. BJ investigates ❤️ has bought all my body cam footage and 911 calls with her own money to get to the bottom of the shady bullsh*t happening.”
Margera concluded, “On the 911 calls, they tell the police I am armed and dangerous, schizophrenic, manic bipolar and crazy….. Now that I deleted these pieces of sh*t from my life, I am such a happy camper, I am at peace with the world, skateboarding again, loving life again. And thank you to my very close friends and very supporting girlfriend @danniimarieofficial for my vodka or your p*ssy ultimatum. 🥰 I love you … @firsthandtattoo @britneyspears.”
Now, upon getting his new “I feel your pain” ink, the former pro skateboarder has been sober from alcohol and drugs for a month after being in and out of court-ordered rehab stints in Florida for years. In those years, he has also occasionally escaped from the facilities.
Additionally, over the years Bam Margera has publicly dealt with multiple arrests for public intoxication, assault charges, and mental health-related issues, leading to psych holds. Margera’s former ‘Jackass‘ co-stars have also reached out to offer their help throughout his journey of troubles. We’ve seen fellow star Brandon Novak speak out on Margera’s troubled life, noting that he’s “praying for him.”
He previously told Page Six, “He is a sick man as I once was, so I understand where he’s at, and I just hope he finds the willingness somewhere in his journey to buy into suggestions that can maybe make his life better.”
