Shanquella Robinson was still alive when a medical practitioner arrived at the vacation home in Cabo, Mexico, a police report obtained by The Charlotte Observer has revealed. According to the publication, a doctor was sent out from a nearby hospital and spent around three hours trying to save her life before she was pronounced dead.
What’s particularly interesting about the police report is that it evidently contradicts what was written on Shanquella’s death certificate, that she died within 15 minutes of her injuries, and only broadens the ongoing speculation of what really led to the 25-year-old’s death. The report further mentioned that a call was made at 2:13 PM on October 29, and around an hour later, Dr. Karolina Beatriz Ornelas Gutiérrez arrived at the vacation home to treat the victim.
shanquella robinson’s “friends” had the opportunity, and were ADVISED, to take her to a clinic to receive treatment when she was unconscious. they refused further treatment and she died a few hours later. every last one of them are going to rot in hell.

Wenter Donovan, who was one of six people who had traveled to Cabo with Shanquella was named as a “reporting person,” though it’s unclear whether she was the one who made the call. Shanquella was given an IV because she had “drunk a lot of alcohol,” per the report, and appeared dehydrated and incapable of communicating. When the doctor insisted she should be taken to the hospital, though, her friends were adamant about having her treated at the vacation home instead.
But after the IV had failed to stabilize Shanquella’s condition, she suffered from a seizure which prompted Wenter to call an ambulance after all. While they waited for the paramedics to arrive, Shanquella was said to have been struggling to breathe as her pulse slowly began to decrease. In between rescue breaths and CPR, the doctor took notice of Shanquella’s pulse, which has completely stopped by 4:49 PM.
Police spoke to the doctor as he continued treating Shanquella nearly 30 minutes later as a total of “14 rounds of CPR, five doses of adrenaline and six discharges” were performed, but her pulse was still gone. By 5:57 PM, Shanquella had been pronounced dead.

The deceased’s sister, Quilla Long says she and her family are determined to get to the truth of what happened to Shanquella. “The United States State Department released a statement claiming ‘no clear evidence of foul play,’ yet there is a video circulating of a woman violently attacking Shanquella. This statement is unacceptable, and we are beyond devastated. We continue to fight for the truth.
