On Monday, E! dropped a new trailer for the second half of season 18 of “Keeping Up With The Kardashians” which is set to premiere on Sep. 17. In the trailer, Scott Disick is visibly upset that a zoom photo leaked pf him visiting a rehab facility. We previously shared the image that was obtained by the Daily Mail, sending our best wishes to Scott. However, the image was never supposed to be released and just under a week after he’d arrived at the Colorado rehab facility, he checked out and went back to Los Angeles.

“There couldn’t have been a bigger betrayal,” says Disick. “She leaked me being there to the press.”

During a Zoom call with Kris Jenner and Rob, Khloé and Kim, he seemingly confronts his family.

“I don’t trust anybody here,” he adds.

The teaser also shows the family deal with the Coronavirus pandemic, Khloe potentially getting very sick and her turbulent relationship with Tristan Thompson.
