You really can’t make these things up! During a Florida City commission meeting on Tuesday, a group of women suggested for taxpayer money be spent on something else… the creation of a dungeon so local “Doms” and “Subs” can let loose.
While commissioners were discussing a proposed $906,500-yard waste disposal contract with Waste Management Inc, the woman who signed up to participate was called to speak along with with her latex-wearing buddies.
The woman identified only as ‘Miss Krave’ began her proposal by saying, “Good evening, council peoples. You may call me mistress,” Miss Krave said per @local10news. In her demand for funds to go into building a “dungeon,” she went on to say, “I find it interesting that you would spend almost $1 million dollars to hide your secrets down the drain,” Miss Krave said in front of the local lawmakers while wearing a full bodysuit with only her mouth visible. “I propose that you use a quarter of that million to support doms and subs in Broward County. Build a dungeon created for us, by us, the taxpayers and voting citizens,” she demanded.

Miss Krave concluded her speech by welcoming all the commissioners to the dungeon for some “spanking.”
“In closing, do not let this glamorous look distract you from doing your duty to take my demand,” she continued. “I look forward to spanking each and every single one of you at the new, esteemed dungeon. You are dismissed.”
What The Heck Is A “Dom” Or “Sub”
Well, according to the Cambridge Dictionary, in BDSM culture, a “dom” means dominant, and “sub” is submissive.

Local 10 reports that a source spoke with them and said that the ladies was handing out business cards to promote a nightclub called KRAVE Miami, located near Miami International Airport. To note, the club opened on Dec 7 and in a press release it was described as “(p)art nightclub, art space, sexy circus, burlesque, and performance space.”
“KRAVE is a NO RULES, NO LABELS, NO BOUNDARIES fully interactive ultra lounge,” it said.
