Ronnie Ortiz-Magro Escapes Felony Charge In Recent Domestic Violence Case With Girlfriend
It looks like Ronnie Ortiz-Magro is now escaping a felony charge after being arrested for domestic violence in a new case with his girlfriend Saffire Matos.
Law enforcement sources claim the ‘Jersey Shore‘ star won’t face any felonies since the L.A. County District Attorney’s Office does not have enough evidence to hit him with anything heavy. Therefore, the reality star’s case will move its way down to the L.A. City Attorney’s Office — where, if he’s charged at all, it will only be a misdemeanor.

Meanwhile, Ortiz-Magro is still on the hook for potentially violating his current probation — which stems from his domestic violence ‘sputes with his daughter’s mother Jenn Harley. In the meantime, the star’s attorney Scott Leemon says, “If this reporting is true, as we said from the beginning, initial reports and unreviewed charges are often and; in Ronnie’s case, wrong. We are glad the DA’s office made this decision not to charge a felony. We will await a decision from the County Attorney’s office.”
