Rick Ross has responded to Tyreek Hill’s latest interview with the @pivot podcast where he called out the rapper for filming his house while it was on fire.
As we previously reported, while the Miami Dolphins star was asked about his house fire, the NFL superstar took the time to address Rick Ross giving play-by-play updates on his home. “First off, I just wanna say, Rick Ross, bro — I can’t vibe with you now, bro, I can’t f*** with you no more, bro,” Hill said. “Rick Ross, man. You had the audacity to talk to a fireman instead of come protect — you got my number, bro,” Hill continued. “You get on Twitter, posting me all over Twitter, like, after what me and my family went through. You’re supposed to be the neighbor — the neighborhood hero!!”
Now in a new video Rick Ross shared to Instagram, he made it clear that he wasn’t “picking” on the NFL player by recording the footage. “Your beautiful mother and your family was straight I didn’t film none of them homie. Let’s not act like I’m the one that premiered the fire to the world, it was 5 helicopters circling around your crib and my crib we live across the street from each other. I didn’t post you and your girl outside I didn’t post your mom, none of that.”
Rick Ross also addressed Hill’s claims that the rapper was talking to the fire department instead of calling to see if he was ok. According to Ross he was speaking with the fire department because he was trying to get Tyreek Hill’s mother to sit down so she could be comfortable while all of the madness was going on.
On January 3 is when Hill’s home caught on fire. Another part of the situation that Hill says he didn’t like is that his address was made public on the news. As a result, the wide receiver shared that he might have to move because of that.
Co-host of The Pivot, Fred Taylor also lives in the neighborhood and he revealed that he didn’t post anything on social media like Rick Ross did, instead, he tried to check on Hill but he said it was tons of fire trucks outside when he arrived.
Tyreek Hill says he is still attempting to get answers on how that situation occurred, but according to TMZ, authorities at the scene believe the fire started after one of his kids played with a lighter.
