According to TMZ, the rap star will now be handing over $11,000 a month to Briana, who is the mother to three of their kids. In addition to that, Ross will also be footing the bill for their children’s health insurance as well as additional annual payments of up to $3k per child.
On top of all of that, Rick has reportedly agreed to pay Briana’s attorney $25,000, which he can afford. The docs state that Ross’ monthly income is $585k, compared to $142 a month for his baby mama, TMZ notes.
This new agreement all comes after Briana Singleton filed legal docs back in May in Fayette County, Georgia requesting an emergency hearing to have the rapper take a COVID-19 test to see their kids. She wanted to know he tested negative before he can visit their 2 infant children … this according to docs obtained by TMZ.
At the time she noted that even though Ross hasn’t been cooperative on the DNA testing, the rapper has made efforts to care for them.
