#Socialites, get a load of this! Jailed reality stars Todd and Julie Chrisley will be leaving the slammer a little earlier than expected.

Page Six obtained the latest prison records for Todd — who has been sentenced to 12 years and Julie who handed down seven years respectively for tax evasion. Records show that the duo had more than a year taken off their sentences.

Per the outlet, Todd’s release from the Federal Prison Camp Pensacola is now set for Jan. 22, 2033. Records show that Julie’s scheduled release from the Federal Medical Center Lexington is now Oct. 19, 2028, which is 14 months short of her seven years, Page Six notes.

The couple’s attorney, Jay Surgent, told Insider Thursday, “Without a doubt, Todd and Julie are model incarcerated individuals who received exorbitant sentences. believe Todd is down to 10 years and Julie is now at five years.”

More On Their Case

The Chrisleys reported to their respective facilities in January. It was a harsh reality for the stars who didn’t have any criminal history.

As previously reported, last June, the pair were found guilty of tax evasion and defrauding community banks out of more than $30 million in fraudulent loans.  It was said by prosecutors at the time that the couple neglected their responsibility to repay the loans when Todd Chrisley declared bankruptcy. However in the middle of that, they still went ahead with their reality show and “flaunted their wealth and lifestyle to the American public,” prosecutors wrote, and then hid the millions they made from the show from the IRS.

In addition to prison time, the duo have been ordered to immediately pay more than $17 million in restitution to the banks they allegedly swindled from, according to judgment documents.

Meanwhile, Peter Tarantino, an accountant hired by the couple, was also found guilty of defrauding the United States and willfully filing false tax returns. He was sentenced to serve three years in prison.

How Are They Holding Up In The Slammer?

A few weeks ago, Chase Chrisley alleged on his sister’s podcast, “Unlocked with Savannah Chrisley,” that their parents have been dealing with “inhumane conditions” in the Florida and Kentucky prisons where they are serving their sentences. “They both have no air. No air conditioning … They’re both in states where it gets 100-plus degrees. And there’s no air conditioning,” son

His sister also claimed that the facilities were hiding certain problems when inspectors came. But a spokesperson for the Bureau of Prisons told CNN in a statement they won’t comment on “anecdotal allegations,” adding “for privacy, safety, and security reasons we do not comment on the conditions of confinement for any specific adult in custody (AIC) or group of AICs.”

“We can assure you all AICs have unlimited access to drinking water and the Bureau of Prisons (BOP) is monitoring the ventilation at the Federal Prison Camp (FPC) Pensacola and the Federal Medical Center (FMC) Lexington, as one of our highest priorities is the safety of BOP employees and AICs,” the statement read. “Every BOP facility, including FPC Pensacola and FMC Lexington, has contingency plans to address a large range of concerns or incidents, including ventilation temperatures, and is fully equipped and prepared to implement these plans as necessary.”
