A Bulgarian woman who is known as “Real Life Barbie” posted an updated video of her lips after receiving her 20th lip injection.
TMZ reports Andrea Ivanova,22, took a video of her newly injected lips to her 33,000 followers on Instagram and praised her doctor for their work. In the video, Ivanova says she plans to get more lip injections but has to wait two months.

“My doctor said he will do more injections for me, but said I have to wait for at least two months.I think my lips are lovely, I love them. I am not sure if they are the biggest lips in the world but they are one of the biggest, I think.”
She says that the size of her lips has made it very difficult to eat despite keeping up with the cosmetic procedure.

Ivanova started her procedures in 2018 and paid approximately $168 per procedure. She said she lost count over the years of how much money she spent on her lips. She plans to continue the procedures until she is satisfied with the size of her lips.
