This news came one year after Ray J’s previous divorce filing was dismissed for the third time, indicating a rollercoaster of emotions and decisions for the couple.
In February, Princess Love took to social media to share the news of their decision to divorce, expressing that after much reflection, discussion, and counseling, they had come to the difficult realization that their paths had diverged. Despite the unfortunate outcome, both Ray J and Princess Love emphasized that the decision was made thoughtfully and with mutual respect for each other’s well-being. They also highlighted their commitment to co-parenting their children, Melody and Epik, and maintaining a positive and supportive family dynamic. “It is with heavy hearts that we share the news of our decision to divorce. A History Of Their Divorce:
Ray J, 43, and Princess Love, 39, tied the knot in Los Angeles in 2016 after a four-year courtship, and their journey as a couple has been closely followed through Love and Hip-Hop.
Love first filed or divorce from the “Sexy Can I” singer in May 2020. However, two months later, she filed to have it dismissed. But in September 2020, Ray J chose to file for divorce. The pair mutually requested that to be dismissed in February 2021. The entertainer then filed for divorce from his wife (again) in October 2021, and called it off in March 2023… and now we’re here.
