Prosecutors Drop Charges Against Robert Kraft In Sex Spa Prostitution Sandal

New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft has been let completely off the hook in his sex spa / prostitution scandal as prosecutors in the case have dropped all charges.

In early 2019, Kraft was linked to a huge sex trafficking scandal along with many other public figures. It was reported that the 77-year-old was charged with soliciting prostitution in connection with Florida’s Orchids of Asia Day Spa, where it was said that he paid for sexual services. After pleading guilty, footage of Kraft at the spa was leaked, and subsequently, the judge tossed out the incriminating evidence.

Fast forward to 2020, now without their smoking gun, court records show that prosecutors have dismissed Kraft’s 2 misdemeanor charges of soliciting a prostitute, claiming there wasn’t enough evidence to get a conviction, despite there being “probable cause to make an arrest.”

Wholly, state attorney David Aronberg wrote, “Although there was probable cause to make an arrest, the evidence cannot prove all legally required elements of the crime alleged and is insufficient to support a criminal prosecution.”
