Judge Tosses Leaked Video In Kraft’s Prostitution Case

While calling out it’s illegal acquisition, the judge presiding over the Robert Kraft prostitution case has just thrown out the leaked Orchids of Asia Day Spa video from evidence, granting the Patriots owner a win.

Additionally, TMZ Sports reports that the judge had issues with authorities poorly protecting innocent persons within the video; stating, “The fact that some totally innocent women and men had their entire lawful time spent in a massage room fully recorded and viewed intermittently by a detective-monitor is unacceptable.
