Porsha Williams may no longer be a cast member on “The Real Housewives of Atlanta,” but she’s not done working with the Bravo franchise just yet. According to a new report, the 41-year-old has signed on to star in the third season of “Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip,” which begins filming next week in Thailand. As per PEOPLE, Porsha will be replacing fellow reality star Tinsley Mortimer, who decided to quit due to “personal reasons.”
The Pursuit of Porsha author will be joining the likes of Gizelle Bryant, Cadiace Dillard-Bassett, Heather Gay, Alexia Nepola, Whitney Rose, and Marysol Patton, to name a few. Of course, this isn’t the first project Porsha has worked on with Bravo since leaving “RHOA” after its thirteenth series, having also starred in her very own spinoff, “Porsha’s Family Matters,” late last year.

Porsha is currently in a relationship with Nigerian businessman Simon Guobadia, who was the estranged husband of her former co-star Falynn when the pair began seeing each other in early 2021. And while many assumed that the romance wasn’t going to last, still after one year (and an engagement proposal) later, the two are still going strong.
Is Porsha Williams Inviting Her ‘RHOA’ Co-Stars To Her Wedding?
In an interview with E! News back in December, the Atlanta native touched on her wedding plans with Simon, saying she would be looking to invite a few of her “Housewives” co-stars to her big day, but she hadn’t exactly finalized the invitation list just yet.
“I haven’t worked on the list yet so we’ll see who all it is,” she quipped. “I guess it’s going to be a surprise invite.” When asked on whether Falynn would be one of the potential guests, Porsha responded, “Everybody is in a happy place now.”
“Everybody’s engaged. We got one baby here [with Falynn]. We don’t have one yet but you know everybody is living their life and we’ve pretty much moved on from all of that. He is a real man, he really is. I can tell when we get married like the type of wife I am is going to be because of what a great husband he is.”
“He’s going to be a great husband because I’m going to want to be such a great wife to him. We almost complete when it comes to pleasing each other and supporting each other, and I love that type of competition in a relationship.”
Porsha insisted that when it comes to her relationship with Simon, she’d consider herself to be rather “submissive,” but not in the way that people would expect.
“It means to me to love your husband, reverend him and just the very word of being submissive,” she added. The problem was in the past, I was just submissive to the wrong person. If you have a true partnership with your husband or long-term mate, then it will not be a position of submissive where you will feel less than; it’ll just be letting that person be the man or the leader of the family. That’s what the meaning is to me now, so it’s about choosing the right person.”
